How to personalise?

Setup & Designing is Free for most of our products.Simply place order for the product you like and send us an email on sales@stubbyholdersonline.com.au (mailto:sales@printaportal.com.au?subject=Ask us how to personalise?)with your order number along with the photos or text you would like to print . And give us a little bit of information on how you would like  to put your text or photos or other artwork together (example: your colour choice or theme or if you have any specific layout in mind) .
 we will make a mock up designs ,according to the information you will provide us and send it to you via email. you can suggest changes to the layout and we keep on doing the change until you are 100% happy .and once you approve the design we will start printing.

Question 3

Can i do two designs for  single order?(Stubby Holders)

Yes you can, if it is just the colour variation and the base design stays the same their will be no extra charges.but if there are two different designs in the same order , extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing order if unclear.

What is Deliver to your door within  7-14  Business Days?

Because of our 100% in house production , our turn around times are pretty quick. 
 
Delivery will be done within7-14 business days after the order is placed and the final design is approved by the customer.
 
Please Note: Quick Delivery service also depends on the quantity of the units ordered.
 
Delivery times can vary  due to some unforeseen circumstances , that are beyond our control.
 
Please Note: Most of the orders are finished and posted within 2-3 days of confirmed order. And most orders are getting delivered on time, but due to Busy season  and postal delays, some posted parcels may take a few extra days. Please let us know beforehand if an order is required by certain date, so we can FastTrack your order.Their might be additional  charges in some cases.

Important Notice : 
.​We have production facilities in Australia, Canada and the USA. Depending on your required Delivery date and Delivery Location. We dispatch from the closest facility. But if closest Facility is busy, all orders will come from the facility that has immediate slot available.
