Setup & Designing is Free for most of our products.Simply place order for the product you like and send us an email on sales@stubbyholdersonline.com.au with your order number along with the photos or text you would like to print . And give us a little bit of information on how you would like to put your text or photos or other artwork together (example: your colour choice or theme or if you have any specific layout in mind) . we will make a mock up designs ,according to the information you will provide us and send it to you via email. you can suggest changes to the layout and we keep on doing the change until you are 100% happy .and once you approve the design we will start printing.

Yes, you can. If it’s only a colour variation and the base design remains the same, there will be no extra charge. However, if you require two different designs in the same order, additional charges will apply.If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before placing the order, and we’ll be happy to clarify.

Delivery & Turnaround InformationBecause we manufacture 100% of our products in-house, we are able to offer fast turnaround times.Standard Delivery Delivery is generally 8–16 business days from the date the order is placed and the final design is approved by the customer.Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on the quantity of units ordered.Most orders are completed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order and design have been confirmed. While most parcels arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, during busy periods or due to postal delays, some orders may take a few additional days.Need Your Order by a Specific Date?If you need your order by a particular date, please let us know before placing your order. We may be able to FastTrack your order where possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the order and delivery requirements.Important Notice – Multiple Production LocationsWe operate from multiple production locations. Depending on your delivery location and required delivery date, your order may be dispatched from the facility closest to you.However, if the closest facility is fully booked or busy, we may dispatch your order from another facility with the earliest available production slot.
